jmauclair Posted September 25, 2023 Share Posted September 25, 2023 Hello everyone, I'm facing a small problem with the psxmarketingwithgoogle module (Google shopping), I recently (manually) deleted several thousand products, but for some unknown reason, the psxmarketingwithgoogle module continues to send them in the product feed . Here's what I've done so far: - Update the module to the latest version: 1.59 - Reset module - Reconfigure the module - Clear cache - Delete products from the merchant center But nothing happens, the module continues to send my deleted products. The last option would be uninstall, reinstall, but I know that PrestashopCorp modules are sometimes capricious and during this promotional period, I prefer to avoid downgrading our site. We fixed this by developing our own module; it's still in beta but it will be released in Q1 2025. Prestashop modules have been developed just to make money, no matter the quality of the product delivered, or how good it is working, their customer service is horrible, and doesn't even understand what they are doing. Really It's not a critical problem unless rejected products % is not high. But it's really annoying to see x number products on catalog and a diferent number syncing.
