Problem with thumbnail refresh when changing the selected variant

Good morning, I have created a new tpl to display an accordion on the product page with the technical sheet and other information. It also shows a sticky thumbnail next to the accordion where it shows the image and the selected variant along with an add to cart button. The problem is that on my test website it reloads that thumbnail perfectly when I select another variant, but on the official website the content disappears, and I don't understand it... Has anyone had the same problem? Greetings and thanks
