error login in account as client

good afternoon

When I try to test how the site works as if I were a customer, I create the account, but when I log in I get an error and I can't access the site. The page stays blank and nothing happens

Can anybody help please?

Could it be that your PHP Version is a litle high? PHP 8.2 might work on PS but on all modules?
Go lower and test. Always have back ups from your shop(s).

thinking in that we downgrade the  PHP to 7.4.33, but the problem remains.
