It is helpfull when you need to make small adjustments in .tpl files of template, while you will still will be able to make theme updates easily. More info avaiable on ps docs. and in Prestashop dev blog" Hallo, ich begreife das mit den Child Themes nicht so recht. Wofür genau sind die gedacht und sind sie nötig? rictools Posted August 29, 2023 Share Posted August 29, 2023 Wenn ich das richtig sehe, wird bei einem Prestashop-Update das classic-Theme mit aktualisiert. Ein Update eines Fremdthemes müßte man ja separat anstoßen. Wobei sich das Update dann ja nicht auf das Child-Theme auswirkt? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
