Error 500 after updtating PS Account

i'm having problems with my Site after i tried to update my Prestashop modules.

im using PRESTASHOP 1.7.8.7 and PHP 7.3.33

 

I try to enter Maintenane mode with setting '_PS_MODE_DEV_', true and from a error 500 i get this error :

Hello,

You can try to delete /var/cache/dev folder and then activate debug mode again. Please backup data before making changes to the code or database to avoid unnecessary problems.
