petersma
I'm currently trying to get the IMAP Customer Service settings setup with our MS Exchange O365 setup. The settings seem to be correct and i get this as an error message: This results in the sync not working either. The account in question is set to have POP3 and IMAP enabled as well as basic auth enabled, so on AAD end everything looks like it's set up correctly as well. Lensytink
I had a similar situation when configuring IMAP for my email client. It turned out that even though everything looked right on the server end, there was a minor configuration issue on the client side. Double-checking the incoming and outgoing server settings along with authentication methods might help pinpoint the issue. Also, ensuring your email client is updated could make a difference. By the way, have you considered using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021? It's been reliable for me in handling email and document management tasks seamlessly. Might be worth exploring if you're looking for a robust office suite! Edited July 16 by Lensytink (see edit history)
Nickz
I think its a huge mistake to use 3rd party mail services. Its not under your control and communication is vital in shops. Its not really difficult to open and configure your domain mail.
