[SOLVED] Accessing custom table data for Product tpl

Hi Guys,

I'm one confused girl, can someone help please?

I'm using 1.4.1 and trying to get a value from a custom table ps_programme (id_product, id_programme) to display on the product.tpl.

I've read lots of ways to push the display from the products class however I think they were all v1.3.x compatible.

I have a function in the products class called getProgrammeID($id_product) which has the SQL in it however I'm stumped at how to call it and how to send the value to the tpl.

Can anyone please help?
