Knowband Plugins Posted May 24 Author Share Posted May 24 Hi, Yes, you can set predefined messages that users will receive automatically in their WhatsApp chat while seeking customer support from an agent. Different predefined messages can be set for different agents. However, there is no feature that allows sending automated messages from the agent's end during business off-hours. Regards.
