Can't connect to my back office...

Hello everyone, I get the following error when I try to connect to the back office.

Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred.

Invalid $number parameter: "$8.99" cannot be interpreted as a number

[PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Localization\Exception\LocalizationException 0]

This happened after the latest update I did.

Sometimes, issues can arise due to cached data. Try clearing the cache of your PrestaShop store by deleting the contents of the var/cache directory.

Check the error logs of your server to see if there are any additional details about the error.

@AddWeb Solution how can i access my cache folder if i don't have access to the backoffice

@AddWeb Solution Found the folder in my host. So should i just delete cache folder?

this is the log i found in here

No template found for default/blog.tpl at line 68 in file classes/Smarty/TemplateFinder.php

use FTP and you can go there.

I'm using filezilla to delete cache folder but it times out, I'm going to keep on trying hopefully when its done this works.
