IP geocalisation bug

Hi everyone,

I used IP geolocalisation for many years now, I use prestashop 1.6.1.24, but few month ago this feature stopped working, just like that, the customers from the main country couldn't acess to the website, I have change nothing before I turn off Ip geocalisation. the website is accessible from everywhere, do you know what can cause that? and how to make ip geocalisation work again?

Hi, 

Check that the IP geolocation feature is still enabled in your PrestaShop configuration.

PrestaShop uses external geolocation databases to map IP addresses to physical locations. It's possible that the geolocation database being used has become outdated or corrupted. Update the geolocation database in the "Geolocation" section of the PrestaShop back office.

Check for any error messages or logs related to the geolocation feature.
