Address Format in 1.4.1

My Country (Australia) address format has been entered in to my country tab in the BO. It read:
firstname lastname
company
address1
address2
city postcode
state country
phone

However, Addresses in the .pdf invoice appear with country followed by state, as in:

XXXX XXXXX

XXX George Street
Bathurst 2795
Australia - New South Wales Australia
XXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXX

The 'X' is for privacy).

On the order page of the BO and front of shop under history it removes the state altogether, as in:

XXXX XXXX
XXX George Street
Bathurst 2795
Australia
XXXX XXXX

Does the address set up in the BO Countries work? Is there a way to fix my problem? It should read:

Bob Jones
2 Jane Street
Sydney 2139
NSW, Australia

i have same problem in nz as well


no matter what i do to back office address layout, the displayed address won't change
can i plz get some help, i need address layout show as following:
firstname lastname
company
address1
address2
city postcode
country
phone

I am now using 1.4.3 and it is working for me. Alternatively, upload the original pdf.php file in classes from your unzipped 1.4.1 or whichever version you are using. Overwrite the current pdf.php and see if that solves your address problem.
