jt49411
Hi, A few days ago I noticed that the order status does not display anymore on the order details page in the Back Office. It displays in the top left corner as an empty box (no text) See image. Changing the status works fine, but the display problem remains. The order status displays correctly in the listing of orders and in the order history on the order detail page. Customers see the order state correctly when connected to their account. Maybe related to this, I cannot update a payment module. It returns the error "the property orderstate->name is empty" Everything else seems to work fine in the back office as in the front office. Any suggestion about what might cause this problem would be highly appreciated. justmeagain
Hi What output do you get when you turn debug on and refresh the screen?
jt49411
Hi justmeagain, Thank you for reacting to my post. When debug mode is turned on, the visual appearance is identical. I cannot find any trace about an error message. What output are you looking for exactly ? Please note that I might not have the competences to troubleshoot this correctly. justmeagain
Usually an error message appears at the top of the page when you refresh/revisit it.... Have you tried deactivating/removing the payment module you mentioned? Have you looked in your sites access/error logs to see if there is anything in there?
