This error brought up when I try to download prestashop

So this is the error: An error has occured: "Unzipping error - Unable to find the release zip file. Make sure that the prestashop.zip file has been uploaded and is located in the same directory as this dezipper." What do I do because I just don't know anymore

Hi,

Check that the "prestashop.zip" file is present in the same directory as the unzipper script.

Make sure that the file permissions are correctly set on both the zip file and the directory where you're trying to unzip it. The server should have permission to read and write the file.

But I extrected the files. Isn't that enough? I watced a lot of tutorials and it seems fine to them when they extrect the files.

Don't extract the prestashop.zip file, this will be handled automatically by the installer
