Prestashop admin login loop

Hello

I've reset the password of my admin user, and now after log in on the back office, i'm always returned to log in page.

This is not a password problem when i put a wrong password, i've an error message.

I've try to desactivate check ip, and update cookie life time and other solutions provided here.

I've check shop url and ssl everywhere.

Prestashop : 1.7.7.4

Somebody had another idea for fix the problem ?

Front login work's fine

I've cleared the ps_employee_session  table

But noting is inserted when try to login.

I've manualy create a line with id_employee 1 and the token given in url

But still doesn't work

Fixed when i've restore controllers/admin from fresh downloaded zip

@pinkdev thank you sooo much! This helped me in this admin login loop case. All other suggestions from the net not helped (switching off checking ip in cookie, clearing cache etc.).

I'm curious what could have caused this problem.

Thanks @pinkdev, i think it works now.

Your solution is the first and only useful one that has really helped. And I have been looking for the solution for a very long time.

 

The funny thing was, there were 60 files in the directory, now there are only 47.
Does prestashop not remove old files that are no longer needed during an upgrade?
