I cant view the modules page in BO please help me

Hi Everyone,

I installed a module through the back office and the page would not view so I refreshed the page and I still can't see the page does anyone know why? I have attached an image to show what I get in the BO.

try to set display_error to on in /config/config.inc.php to see if there is any error occurs.

I had this problem also. I found a post that suggested increasing the PHP memory limit which I asked my host to do and it resolved the issue.

yes, some problem is caused byb run out of memory.
so increase is also a solution to some scenario. you can have it a try.
