Broken translations and broken layout in back office after upgrading to v8.0.4 and 8.1.0 using 1-Click Upgrade

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I tried to upgrade Prestashop from 1.7.8.9 to 8.0.4 and to 8.1.0 with 1-Click Module v4.16.0 on 3 different shops on 2 servers.
All shops on 3 languages.

After update to 8.1.0 back office translations are broken and layout at the right upper edge is broken.

Only on Dashboard page layout not broken.

After upgrade to 8.0.4 only translations are broken.

These problems do not occur if I initially install version 8.0.4 or 8.1.0.

Can anyone tell me how to do the upgrade so that the problems I described don't occur?

Thank you and best regards.

Have you tried

"back office-->localization-->

Set language from browser-->set this to 'No'"

Clear cache in VAR folder.

So:

Yes, I tried everything.
But as you can see from the screenshots in the backoffice part of words and sentences is translated and part is not translated (about half and half, fifty/fifty):

In version 1.7.8.9 there are no such problems - everything is translated as it should be for both another languages - german and russian.

Although the crowdin website states that these languages are almost 100% translated:

I Had the same problem after migrating from PS 1.7.8.11 yo PS 8.1 with 1-click upgrade.

To get the back office 100% in french, this is what i did:

1. Navigate to: International > localisation > ajouter/mette à jour une langue

2. Select french and click the "ajouter/mette à jour" button

That's all I did and it worked
