1.3.6 to 1.4.1 problems

Hi all.
Installed 1.4.0 but had problems, then installed 1.4.1 and was installed properly, but when I go to the modules list theres nothing showing up on the page.

A blank modules page is usually because of a incorrectly coded module. Remove any custom modules from your site.

Try adding this code to the file /module/gridextjs.php
