Warning when viewing own module

Hello, I hope everybody is fine.
I am developing a module to try to CRUD the DB, but I am getting a warning that does not allow me to view the module, I registered to the Marketplace Addons, also im verified my account, but the login keeps loading without implementing any process. Any idea how to fix it to be able to visualize my module?

How could I disable the warning to be able to view my module?

Everything was fine, until I added this part of a table in the code of the .tpl view.

I thought about uninstalling the Prestashop Accounts module, but I was surprised that it was uninstalled by default. In the same way, I tried to install it, but it gives me an error too.

This part is wrong:

mod=modulecrud should be mod='modulecrud'
