Pay with card is not working

Hi,

I have PS 1.7.6

On Tuesday the 27th of June suddenly the Prestashop Checkout module was logged out in the website. I think this coincides with an update of the module.

Since then we've had constant problems with it. We installed a new payment module called Revolut.

Yesterday the module developers for prestashop checkout replied and told me to change a setting. It seemed to all work fine after some tests.

Last night a customer tried 3 times before the card was accepted.

We ran some tests using different cards and all failed on both Prestashop Checkout and Revolut.

This morning we tested again and the same cards worked.

Whats strange is that at the time of testing both payment modules didnt work which worries me.

I have checked error log, it has no errors related to this.

Please help me with this issue.
