SEO & URL: Have you set canonical to 301? Any modules for clean url's?
Also on SEO & URL - Remove any "/" character at the end and "http" or "https" at the top of the Shop domain & SSL domain fields.
Reset htaccess ( turn of friendly url - save - turn on )
