cant see featured products and offers on frontpage when logged into customer account! (can when logged out)

normally we have products on frontpage in 2 sections. featured and offers. they display fine, but when you log into a customer account both are gone?

what to do

Check your groups and make sure they have tick enabled on those "modules".
