Cascading discounts

Hi,

I would like to make cascading discounts on my store by cart rule for one category.

(Cascading discount I mean, if you add two products to cart, it will make discount for cheapest item -33%, three products -44% etc.)

So, i create three cart rules:

1. One product for category X - 0%,

2. Two products for category X  - 33%

3. Three products for category X - 44%

And its works but if add product from category Y and its will be cheapest, discount will be calculated for this product. 

How can I exlude discount for other category than category X?
