Can't install PrestaShop Account module required for Marketing with Google module (PS 8.0.4)

When I want to configure official Marketing with Google module or Facebook module I have information that I need to Install PrestaShop Account module. When I click Install then view is refreshed but nothing happen. I checked it also on test localhost instance (PS v. 8.1.0) and result is the same. As I understand that PrestaShop Account module is part of core prestashop modules and it should be installed by default? It looks like a bug. What could I do to be able to configure that marketing modules which requires PrestaShop Account module?

I did that today for the client and went fine. But it was for 1.7.8.9. Make sure you dont have ps_account folder on modules and try manual install https://github.com/PrestaShopCorp/prestashop-accounts-installer

I actually ran into the same issue today.

I got the module to associate my account after I disconnected/logged out from the Addons marketplace.

I am running into the same issue on two separate installations of PS 8.1.0. Anyone found a fix or a workaround?

Additionally, I have this error message when I access ps_metrics configuration (see attached screenshot).
