Creating my first module

Hi,

I want to create something like a list of cities, and a map, and addresses - don't want to use just elementor because I'm not sure that it will suffice. I want to add filter to choose cities based on different criteria and I don't know if I can do that on a custom page built by elementor? So, I thought maybe I'll do something similar to WordPress' Advanced Custom Fields (I mean I want to use something like that to create custom page). Is there a tool like that (free) in PrestaShop? Do I need to create my own module to create such a page or it could be achieved by elementor + some script (jQuery?) - can I add jQ to custom subpage created with elementor? Thanks for the answers!
