Hi,
I was testing the Customer Service and I was trying to enter the correct IMAP settings for forwarding customer messages to the mail server. Apparently I must have input something wrong because now when I log into the Back Office and click on the Customer Service tab, I get a white page with the message:
504 Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
Everything else works, except for this.
Does any one have a clue as to how to fix this?

UPDATE: Webhotel support solved the issue by setting the PS_SAV_IMAP_OPT_SSL to 1.
