Problem mit Modul von PACKLINK Pro

Hallo zusammen,

ich würde gern das Modul von Packlink Pro für meinen Versand nutzen.
Jedoch scheitere ich daran, dieses sauber zu installieren.

Sobald das Modul installiert ist, kann man im Shop keinen Checkout mehr durchführen.

Im Debug-Mode bekomme ich folgende Textwand als Fehler raus.

Shop läuft auf Prestashop 8.0.1 mit PHP 8.1

Kann mir jemand hier evtl. behilflich sein?

Klappt leider nicht. Der Fehler tritt auch dann auf.

Es scheint aber mit der Installation allgemein noch was nicht zu passen.

Prestashop wurde über den Hoster als Installation angeboten in V8.0.1
Das 1-Click Upgrade funktioniert z.B. nicht korrekt. Es wird zwar "erfolgreich" durchgeführt. Der Shop läuft danach auch im Frontend und im Backoffice.
Aber ich kann den Bereich Module nicht mehr aufrufen.

Evtl. mache ich also heute Abend mal ein Backup der Datenbank und Files vom Livesystem und setze unter der Domain ein neues 8.0.4 auf und spiele die Daten aus Datenbank dann dort ein. Ist wahrscheinlich einfacher als hier jetzt die Fehlerursache zu finden.

Ich habe eine neue Installation von Prestashop über den Hoster für v8.0.4 laufen lassen.

Hier die DB wieder eingespielt und die /app/config/parameters.php angepasst, so dass es mit dem DB-Backup läuft.

Soweit okay.

Sobald ich das Packlink Addon wieder aktiviere klappt es wieder nicht.

Ich habe über den Marketplace bereits den Entwickler des Addons kontaktiert. Warte da aber noch auf eine Rückmeldung.
Hatte gehofft, dass ich über den Weg hier evtl. schneller bin.

Beim Onlinechat von Packlink selbst bekommt man eher Unterstützung bei der Nutzung von Packlink selbst. Meine Erfahrungen dort waren bisher eher druchwachsen, was das Thema technische Fragen angeht.
Da werde ich es aber auch nochmal versuchen, wenn ich über den Marketplace keine Rückmeldung bekomme.

Das Installieren und Konfigurieren ist nicht das Problem.

Im Backoffice klappt dann auch alles. Aber der Checkout für den Kund funktioniert dann nicht mehr.

Ein "dynamisches Festlegen der Versandkosten" durch Packlink? Kann das nicht ins Auge gehen? Du mußt deine Kunden schließlich vorher über die Versandkosten informieren und wenn sich z. B. etwas ändert, kann das dann nicht zu Abweichungen kommen?

So wie ich das Verstanden habe, werden beim Kassengang die Daten an Packlink übergeben und Packlink meldet für diese Bestellung die Versandkosten zurück abhängig vom ausgewählten Versandtyp. Aufgrund der Daten für Gewicht oder Größe variieren ja die Preise bei den selbst definierten Versandarten auch.

Nur wozu braucht es da Packlink? Normalerweise wird die entsprechende Konfiguration doch in Prestashop vorgenommen. Oder bietet Packlink da mehr Optionen (die man dann allerdings auch für den Kunden nachvollziehbar in der Versandkosteninfo darstellen muß)? Jedenfalls würde ich sicher gehen, daß Packlink die Berechnung nicht anhand von Preisänderungen der Paketdienste eigenmächtig anpaßt.

Das kann ich Dir nicht genau sagen. Die dynamischen Preise möchte ich für den Shop eh nicht nutzen. Mir geht es primär um die Anbindung zu deren Versandportal um die Daten da rain zu bekommen und dann die Sendungsnummern und -Staus zurück nach Prestashop zu bekommen.

Meine Überlegung war eben auch, ob du die Einbindung ins Frontend nicht abschalten kannst (ggf. keinen speziellen Packlink-Versanddienst wählen).

Leider nicht, selbst wenn ich das Packlink Modul aktiviere und darüber keinen Versanddienst separat anlege, habe ich den Fehler.
Du musst das Modul aber zumindest aktivieren, damit in der Bestellübersicht im BO der Button "Send to Packlink" da ist.

Ich hatte dich so verstanden, daß im BackOffice alles OK wäre und nur der Checkout im Shop für den Kunden nicht funktioniere. Vielleicht mußt du Caches löschen.

Der Mitarbeiter von PACKLINK war etwas verwundert, da seiner Meinung nach nur durch Aktivieren des Moduls ohne weitere Einstellungen eigentlich nichts den Checkout beeinflussen sollte.
Es hat sich dann aber herausgestellt, dass wohl bereits andere Kunden ebenfalls solche Probleme haben und die Technik wohl schon ein Support-Ticket hierzu in Bearbeitung hat.

Jetzt heißt es aktuell erstmal warten. Er hofft mir bis nächsten Donnerstag eine Rückmeldung geben zu können.

Kurzes Update und die Lösung des Problems in diesem Fall. 😉

Leider bisher keine Rückmeldung von Packlink selbst. Aber aufgrund eines Themas mit einem anderen Modul, bei dem der Entwickler sich schnell drum gekümmert hat, habe ich die Ursache für die Probleme mit dem Packlink-Modul gefunden.

Für die Domain meines Shops war PHP 8 aktiviert.
Nachdem ich hier auf PHP 7.4 zurückgestellt habe, läuft jetzt auch das Packlink-Modul (sowie 2 weitere Module, die ich nicht nutzen konnte) problemlos.
