Cannot access backoffice

We updated our homepage to Prestashop 1.7.8.9 but now we cannot access our backoffice so we can role back the update as our homepage crashed. We get the following message:

Unable to generate a URL for the named route "admin_link_block_list" as such route does not exist.

 

We have tried to change php from 5.6 to 7.1 and 8.0

Hello,

I recommend trying to clear the cache of your shop. Cached data can sometimes interfere with the proper functioning of the website after an update.

To clear the cache, you can follow these steps:

Access your Prestashop server via FTP or file manager.

Locate the "var/cache" directory in the root of your Prestashop installation.

Delete the contents of the "var/cache" (remove all folders and files inside this map (dev, prod)) directory.

Refresh your website and attempt to access the back office again.
