Prestashop 1.7.8.7 - Not loading styles and scripts after changing domains - missing slashes in the url

Hello

After I changed the domain name for my store it suddenly stopped working properly.
It loads all images. All site content. Back-office works perfectly fine.
It's only the Front-office that is broken.

Almost all styles and scripts got links like so:

domain.commodulesblockreasurranceviewsdistfront.css

I tried regenerating htaccess file
Editing ps_shop_url table in different ways
Turning bunch off options on and off.
Nothing worked 😕

I've also found multiple posts about this problem but no one posted the fix for it.
