[closed] Override Admin order product list with Twig template

Hello, I'm trying to override the order product list by adding data from a table (In my case I need a <SELECT> with a "selected" value for each product). I could override the product's list TWIG template but I don't get how to fill the select list using the product's ID and get the list back with selected value, I mean I don't know how to call a function from Twig and get the list to build the select.

Hope somebody can help me out with this as I coudln't find anything about this feature on Prestashop
