ps_accounts error on installing our module

Recommended Posts

Hello,

We have received feedback from our customers stating that our module is not compatible with the latest version of PS and an error message "ps_account" is being displayed during installation. Can anyone provide suggestions on resolving this problem?

Hello,

Indeed, I have successfully created the Product Labels module, which has been functioning flawlessly in previous versions. However, a problem has arisen in the latest version, specifically regarding the "ps_accounts" issue. The user encountered errors after updating their PrestaShop version to 1.7.8.8.

Thanks in advance.

Ask client to either temporary disable that module, for the check only. If then your module work. Try with client with update / install older version of the ps_accounts. Either update PS to 1.7.8.9. ( you can also download PS 1.7.8.9 and copy / replace  ps_accounts to client files. Clear cache after.

Be sure you have store  / files backup.
