Vouchers Not Showing

Hi sorry I have searched for an answer for this all day but none seem to relate to my version of prestashop and all the fixes for the files show different coding.

I am unable to see vouchers in the my account section, nor do they show in card when highlighted and they do not work automatically when a code is not generated. I have a feeling this may be theme related but I really don't want to go down the rabbit hole of swapping themes etc and trying to set everything back up in a new theme.

I have set up a new cart rule which is only for my use but cannot see it

Any help is appreciated
