Transparent png files in product custom fields stored as jpg [SOLVED]

Hi there,

When a customer uploads a transparent png file in a custom field of a product we can only download the jpg file that is generated on the order page. Is there a way that the png files can be downloaded on the order page?

If that's not possible, could it be made that clients can only upload jpg files in those custom fields?

Hi,

Even if the file extension is .jpg, I invite you to check that it is not a png in reality, it is one of the constants of PrestaShop to always rename .jpg files, whatever the actual format of the image.

The extension of a file does not actually matter much.
