When turning off "Save messages" in Shop Parameters -> Contacts, I get a 404 error

Hi all,

Our site is on website.com and admin on website.com/admin

I was consulting the 1.7 Documentations (under Customer Service) when I read that turning off "Save messages?" in Shop Parameters -> Contacts will make it such that any contact form submission will be sent to my inbox instead of storing the submitted info in PrestaShop "Customer Service" -> "Customer Service".

When I try to change that, I get shown our website's 404 page even when the url is still under the admin url. (example url that shows our 404 page after turning off "Save messages?" and clicking save: website.com/admin/index.php/configure/shop/contacts/2/edit?_token=[removed info]) (bolded info are added by me)

I don't think our contact form is even working because I did a few test form submissions and don't see any new entries in PrestaShop "Customer Service" -> "Customer Service". I'm hoping that by sending the emails directly to the corresponding inboxes it'll fix the issue.

How can I diagnose the info and successfully turn off that option?
