link is wrong after upgrading!

Hi All!

Thank You for the tutorials, and videos about the upgrade to 1.4.1.0

I just upgrade my 1.3.1.1 shop to 1.4.1.0 succesfully on a localhost server on my computer before do it alive!

The front is working correctly, but evry link what I want to click is wrong, but I don't know why?

for example:

may shop is in localhost/testshop/

but the categories and cms and all things hes a link like:

http://www.myshopdomain.com/testshop/ --> and of course there is no product.php and all files...

what could be the solution?

my settings.inc.php is correct

define('__PS_BASE_URI__', '/testshop/');
define('_DB_SERVER_', 'localhost');

I tried smarty 2 instead of 3 but not helped!

please advise me somebody!
