Description image in different size for mobile and desktop

Ok I think I have a blockage right now. 

Here is what I want to do:

My product descriptions contain an image and on the right side of the image text. It works fine with giving the image 50%. On a mobile device the text flips under the image, what I want, but because I gave the  image size 50% the image is quite small. How do I give the image 50% on desktop and tablet but full width on mobile devices??
