They are present in the database but are no longer loaded for one reason or another. They are also no longer loaded in the frontend and we get the following message: "Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address" in frontend. No updates or changes were made. Still, the settings disappear. Does anyone have an idea how this happens or how to fix it? With regards, Erkan.
