Andrejkov
Hi, I have a question, namely does Presta save a copy of sent e-mails somewhere or only the logs? If so, where can I find them? Regards. Knowband Plugins
In PrestaShop, you can enable the logging of sent emails to keep a record of email communication. To enable email logs, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your PrestaShop admin panel. 2. Navigate to "Advanced Parameters" and select "Logs" from the drop-down menu. 3. In the "Logs" section, find the "Emails" tab. 4. Enable email logging by checking the "Enable Email Logs" checkbox. 5. Choose the level of detail you want to log by selecting one of the following options: -> "None": No email logs will be saved. -> "Errors": Only logs for failed email deliveries will be saved. -> "All": Logs for all sent emails will be saved. 6. Save the changes. From this point forward, PrestaShop will start recording email logs based on the selected level of detail. You can access the email logs by following these steps: 1. Navigate to "Advanced Parameters" and select "Logs" from the drop-down menu. 2. In the "Logs" section, click on the "Emails" tab. 3. Here, you will see a list of logged email events, including the date, subject, recipient, and status (whether the email was sent successfully or not). Please note that enabling email logs may result in increased disk space usage, so it's important to monitor and manage the log files periodically to avoid excessive usage. Now that you know how to get to those logs and use them you need to mention that in your privacy rights, at least if you cater for the EU. 1
