Remove unnecessary space in block category header (1.7)

Hi there, I was trying to find the CSS code to edit this height on the header card block, but no luck.

This seems to be a kinda mininum fixed height that I want to get rid of. If there's no description a blank space appears, same for a very short description. I want to remove all unnecessary space.

I know its a little unimportant issue but my customer dislikes it and wants it out.

I attack a screen capture.

Anyone know it??

Doesn't work

I removed the 13.75 rem value and put auto instead but it stays the same. I also cleared cache.

did you delete the prestashop cache too?

I went to Performance > clear cache, I pressed the clear cache button. Is there anything else?

share the url, this change you made didn't do anything to you at all?
Have you tried it in an incognito browser?

Oh damn. This time with icnognito browser it does work, so the problem was the browser cache. I wonder why the browser cache stays the same if the files of a website are different? Sounds like browser's fault then.
