Can't connect my store to PS Account - Error: Too many redirects

Hello everyone,

I am writing to you because I can't use the official Prestashop PS Facebook and PS Metrics modules because I can't connect my store to my Prestashop account. Even through the Prestashop Account module I always get the same error:

"The shop has not been verified. Reason: Too many redirects"

I have tried all the possible solutions but I cannot find one for this specific error. I have contacted my hosting provider and they don't see a problem, I have contacted Prestashop support and they tell me there is probably a problem with the site configuration but they didn't specify what.

What I tried to do:
-Regenerate the .htacess file.
-Checked all SSL options and tried disabling and re-enabling them.
-Installed an earlier version of the modules but it didn't work

I really don't know what to do anymore. Can you guys help me?
