Extend / change / overwrite in my child theme header.tpl or footer etc

Hi all,

I m new developer on the Prestashop, i haved in past experience with Magento 2, Wordpress + Woocommerce etc.. and now i have some projects in Prestashop and i want to learn this.

First Question is :

So i maked first setup, next step i created a child-theme... and  now, i want to extend / overwrite in my child theme some templates and files: like header.tpl and more..because i want to have classic theme original and changes make in child theme.

I copied in my child theme in /templates/_partials/header.tpl but in in front header is gone now.

 

So is here some links some articles to help me?

Apparently i fixed..in admin i founded a option on Debug section Disable all overrides .. - for me was enabled, i added not enabled and now i can extend header.tpl in my child theme.
