variabile fields with prices

Hello everyone,

I own this website www.cardid.ro which is made in wordpress.
I want to transfer it to prestashop because on wordpress there is no module that works as I want.

More precisely, it is about variable fields that also have a price.
I have attached 2 pictures to support the explanations.
At the moment the displayed price is/piece and multiplied by the quantity. I want to extend this calculation for options as well. More precisely, I want the price/option to be added to the price/piece and then to be multiplied by the selected quantity. I haven't found a module that can do these operations, that's why I'm asking here if there is one or if there is someone who knows how to do it - for a fee.
