AdriC
Hi, All of a sudden we are no longer able to login into the Admin area of the website. This is constant for all Employees. I have tried resetting password, both via Prestashop procedure as well as via MySQL, but no difference. Last time we were able to login was 21st of March and from early April, we have started experiencing this, even though I can see in the last_connection_date field of the Employee table that no other employee has logged in since, confirming that no other changes could have been made to the site. The employee that logged in is only maintaining sales data and would have not have made any changes to system settings. php_errorlog does not generate any errors Front end is working perfectly and customers login also work perfectly Siteground support is unable to resolve this issue Unfortunately reversing back to a week hold backup on Siteground will not be a viable option now, as we have experienced this since the 7th of April and we did not do that, as we thought we would have been able to resolve it! Can someone please provide any feedback on how we can either resolve or troubleshoot this site? We are a total loss here! Thank you in advance, Adri

Rajesh KG
I have a similar issue. Since 2 days I am not able to login into my backend. The page just refresh but no error visable. On the frontpage I also noticed that I am not able to add product to my shopping card. I keep getting the message that maximum available items already added to my cart. Password reset from backoffice also dont work )already expired when I try to do that). When I reinstall the latest correct backup from my server, It works again as normal, but the problem happens again after a few hours. I have no idea what can be the problem and how to fix it. Thanks

Rajesh KG
I use prestashop V 1.7.8.5 PHP Verion: 7.4 Already checked with hosting provider. Nothing changed at their side Theme: amazonas from prestahero It worked correct, till last friday When i put the server backup back, the issue is solved and working correct for a few hours. Then it starts again.

Rajesh KG
I checked. The server only supports PHP V 7.4 and V8.2 I also asked the hosting provider and tey confirmed that nothing changed. But besides that if its the PHP version, it should also not work when I restore the backup then
