PeterQ Posted April 21, 2023 Share Posted April 21, 2023 (edited) Hi I have a problem that I've been thinking about for the 3rd day No email alerts are working for me. Email (SMTP) configured correctly, test email works. However, no alerts are working. If I go into design/email templates/templates/modern, I can view each template by clicking HTTP. However, if I click action/send test email, I get a green message that the email has been sent, but the email does not arrive, and no entry is visible in the email logs. What could be the cause? How can this be diagnosed? I don't see anything worrying in the logs.
