prestaotop
Hello, It’s could be a good idea to reset the module ps_account, clear your cache, connect again your ps account with your login/password. Also, if it’s not work, reinstall the module ps_account manually from module installation manager. Regards,

prestaotop
True 😀. Connect you to your FTP. Go To module folder and go to ps_account folder. Rename the folder /ps_account by oldps_account. Go to the folder /var/cache and find production folder or dev folder Delete folders and refresh your page to see if your message disappeared.
