Cannot access product Catalog, timeout error every time.

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read this. I am using Prestashop 1.7.5, my site is www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk, theme PRSADD050.

Everything in back office has been running smoothly, however, yesterday it randomly stopped letting me into my product catalog. When I click on it it starts loading for ages and then eventually there is a timeout error, so I cannot access my catalog at all.

If someone could please advise me on what I can do that would be great. Please use simple terminology if possible.
