Tautuxs Posted April 13, 2023 Share Posted April 13, 2023 (edited) I'm using prestashop 1.7.8.6 When i tried to send a test e-mail through advanced settings -> e-mail -> test your e-mail configuration i got an error code: Error: check configuration Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "[email protected]" using 2 possible authenticators. Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6". Authenticator PLAIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6".
