Hi, Clear your browser cache and check. Because, sometimes, cached data in the browser can cause website loading issues.

I cleared the browser cache, but that didn't help. The bug will be in the latest version of Chrome.

Okay, Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed then reload the website to see if this fixes the problem.

Also, Inspect the page and check If there is any Javascript errors / CSS issues.

If none of the above helps, Then check the website's compatibility with the latest version of Chrome and update any plugins, extensions or themes that may be causing compatibility issues.

That's too much for me, I'm not a developer to know how to fix a Javascript or CSS error. :(

Right click on your webpage and click on Inspect option. Below window will get opened. Goto Console Tab and refresh the page once. It will list down the JS errors if any.

It showed:

Okay, So there's no JS error that causes website loading issue.

Check the modules/theme/plugins version compatibility with your latest chrome version.

All the latest plugins are installed.

Clear cookies and check once.

If this doesn't help, check if there are any updates available for the prestashop website. If so, update the website and try loading it again.

There will probably be an error in the theme. I will try to contact the theme developer, hopefully he will help me.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem.(It doesn't appeare in full page)
The problem is present on Chrome and Edge.
On safari (Mac Book ) and Firefox, no problem.

My problem is present on the home page, category pages, shopping cart etc... but it is not present in a product page.

The problem has been present for 48 hours I think
