I'm stuck in Symphony Profiler and cannot get back to my back office, after switching on debug mode for some reason I know not why. Can someone tell me how to get back to my back office please? I'm asking for help here as I don't know how to get back to my BO. So therefore I don't know what I need to supply to be helped. I'm feeling silly enough already so I can do without the smart remarks please. When you say system - what do you mean? Shared server - do you want the name of my hosting company, type of server? And what are the many other details you mention? What I did was as I said, I clicked on enable debug mode. After that, it went into this Symphony Profiler and now I'm stuck with no obvious way to get back to BO. razaro Posted April 10, 2023 Share Posted April 10, 2023 Hi @Esprit Bit strange issue but you can try few things. I would like to see screenshot of what you are seeing and why there is no link to hide/exit profiler. But as you said you enabled debug mode then issue happened you can then try to disable manually by changing value at config/defines.inc.php to define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); Also try to login to back office from new incognito/private browser window, it might show something else. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Esprit Posted April 11, 2023 Author Share Posted April 11, 2023 Hello I seem to have fixed it. I found a video on You Tube about how to enable and disable the Debugger in Prestashop. It talked about changing the code in defines.inc.php from false to true but my code was already true. So I changed it back to false and it worked - yaay !
