VikG
For the past few days I have been getting the following error when trying to access my Admin -> Modules tab Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.***.com/adminpresta/index.php?tab=AdminModules&token=06dd3cda4fef00938fc516c2488306f4. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. Here are some suggestions: Reload this web page later. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request. I am using the new PrestaShop™ 1.4.0.17It did work at first when upgrading but one day I logged in and got the above error. I have since been trying for 2-3 days and tried on multiple machines. No luck.Any one that may know why this could be that would be great help. Thanks!

VikG
Thanks tomerg3 for the quick reply,I have tried the steps and outcomes are:1 - Permissions already 755. But I have set this again. No change2 - Dont know my timeout settings. How can I check this? I tried putting a php.ini in the PS dir with command:void set_time_limit ( int $0 )No change.3 - I tried to auto-regenerate .htaccess. No change. Also I tried to untick Friendly URL and Optimization from:index.php?tab=AdminGenerator&conf=4&token=4389ab1bc40617632e8302a3ae0ccde8But it reloads with a Tick. Is this a related issue? Thanks
tomerg3
Erro 500 is quite general, you should try to check you server's error log and look for the specific error
VikG
Fixed it, I put the php.ini in the PS dir not the admin dir. Now its working. Thanks for that tomerg3!
