1.7 Google Merchant Center (Duplicate ID and too many combinations)

Hi, I'm having trouble with Google Merchant Center.

The first issue is a duplicate product ID. The GM blocks the display of the product because the object has a duplicate ID.

From what I have learned, changing the product ID in db can lead to unwanted complications. Does anyone know of a more gentle solution to this problem, or has dealt with a similar situation.

The second thing is to upload all combinations from the database instead of 220 "basic" products.

I have about 220 products in my shop on Presta 1.7. Through the product configurator (custom module), GM, apart from products, upload 20 combinations for each of them and instead of 200 there are ~5000. Is there any way to optimize this or do I have to remove it manually?
